Real Estate One Teams Up With Third Level For Successful 14th Annual Golf Classic

Dan Elsea, the President of Real Estate One Brokerage Services and Stuart Elsea, President of Real Estate One Financial Services made a recent trip to Traverse City to participate in The 14th Annual Third Level Golf Classic. They brought with them a check from the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation, which they presented during the pre-golf luncheon. 

“Dan and Stuart Elsea on behalf of all the Realtors and staff at the REO Family of Companies will be presenting Third Level with a check for $10,000,” said Dennis Pearsall, President and COO, Real Estate One – Northwest Michigan Division. “The REO Charitable foundation have now surpassed 2.5 million dollars in contributions to various charities in Michigan, several like Third Level and Child and Family Services benefit those living here in northern Michigan.”

Real Estate One – Northwest Michigan Division for the third year in a row took the lead in organizing the Third Level Golf Classic. Several agents and staffers took on various projects to make the Golf Classic a success financially as well an enjoyable afternoon for the participants.

“Real Estate One is such a fine partner to Third Level and Child and Family Services (CFS), giving not just treasure but time and talent, too. Not only did Real Estate One make a generous donations of $10,000 they took an active role in organizing our Golf Classic,” said Gina Aranka with Child and Family Services/Third Level. “  They are a successful business that knows that caring for youth and families is as important as the homes they help put them into. We are grateful to the numerous volunteers including Outing Co-chairs Realtors Amanda Ackerman and Ted Schweitzer.”

The 14th Annual Third Level Golf Classic took place at Elmbrook Golf Course in Traverse City. The $10,000 donation from Real Estate One helped secure this years goal of raising $25,000. The event hosted 84 golfers and the 15th Annual Third Level Golf Classic will take place Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
