So far, sales prices in 2012 have begun to recover from the recent effects of the recession.  Speciffically in the ranges of $300,000 to $399,999 and $400,000 to $499,999.  This area of the market shows a greater number sales than in the same period for the past 5 years.  Inversely, the ranges between Under $100,000  [...]
